Our vision for this website is to share with you our gardening knowledge and to inspire you with gorgeous photos, helpful tips and connect with you through our shared love of gardening.

At our retail store, Campbell River Garden Centre, we serve the Campbell River area on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, BC, Canada. Our garden centre sells annual & perennial bedding plants, classic as well as rare and unusual flower bulbs for spring and summer blooming, roses, flowering vines, berry bushes, fruit trees, seeds, ornamental trees & shrubs, native plants, potting soils, organic & traditional fertilizers, and so much more! Through our website we sell flower bulbs online and ship through Canada Post to each and every corner of Canada.  In the Spring we sell lilies, dahlias, glads and always a bit more.  In the Fall we sell tulip, daffodil, crocus, snowdrops, bluebells, allium, fritillaria and for indoors amaryliis and paperwhites.

When we began selling bulbs online we thought we would serve the north end of Vancouver Island and some of the more remote communities in BC.  After all our North Island shoppers are often limited for time when they are in CR and we thought that this would be a way for them to do one stop from home without the expense of gas to reach us.

While this has proved true we also send at least half of our orders to major centres right across Canada where we hear over and over again about how well priced our bulbs are and that our quality is great too.

On top of this we get a remarkably tenacious group of bulb purchasers from the far north of Canada.  Including one group, in Yellowknife, who run an amaryllis growing completion, at their work to brighten their long winter days.  I can't tell you the smiles it puts on our faces at our work knowing how much fun these gardeners are having with our bulbs.

At least once a year we get an order from a tiny community, like one we had from a Maritime province, as far from us as can be, on the other side of our great big country.  Over the coming days we get another from this little town, and another, and so on and so we google a map to see where our bulbs are going to and giggle that.... someone has been talking about us in a coffee room.
